WillDo Nevada operates under the strict data protection guidelines of Nevada Privacy Law. All personal information collected through our platform is encrypted, securely stored, and never sold to third parties.
User payment data is processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. WillDo does not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial information on our servers.
Performance Bond Terms
The WillDo Performance Bond is a financial guarantee that protects both the service provider and the customer. 80% of the bond amount is held in escrow for the service provider, while 20% constitutes the WillDo Archive Fee.
Upon successful completion of the service, funds are released to the service provider within 3-5 business days. In case of disputes, WillDo provides mediation services as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Service Provider Verification
All service providers listed in the WillDo Nevada registry undergo thorough verification including license validation, insurance confirmation, and background checks in accordance with Nevada State Contractor's Board requirements.
